So how to build the ultimate popsicle to satisfy any craving from breakfast, to fruity, to chocolatey and creamy?

Start with the essentials: a popsicle mold, popsicle sticks, and a good old blender. From there… Pick a base, choose your add-ins, and get creativeHow to build the ultimate popsicle
I want to share with you a favorite fruity popsicle of mine as of late. I can’t get enough of cherries right now. I mean fresh, in-season cherries? Can’t beat ’em. They’ll be in the fridge ALL SUMMER LONG.

The Benefits of CherriesNot only is this popsicle bursting with flavor, it’s also packed with good-for-you ingredients! The fresh cherries loaded with anti-oxidants and fiber, but add in the coconut water, fresh lemon juice, chia seeds, and raw honey? Healthy, delicious, H-E-A-V-E-N.
