These Mixed Berry Hazelnut Crunch Cream Pops are a huge hit in our home, especially since it has been HOT here in Boston. These pops are packed with fresh berries, a coconut milk base, chocolate shavings, and a crunch of crushed hazelnuts.
Delicious flavor in each bite. I am so excited to be partnering with Driscoll’s today to bring you these popsicles. Make them in a pinch, and keep them on hand for a guilt-free treat. Plus they are dairy-free and vegan-friendly, too!
Berries are in season RIGHT NOW, and I’ve been adding them to my salads, desserts, as a side with eggs, piling them into my smoothies, and just eating them as a snack. There’s not much better!
It’s a popsicle party here on Healthy Food Friday! Keeping up with July’s theme of vacations I’m thinking of weekends away with family and flavors for everyone. Seriously, everyone!
How about those ^ for inspiration?
So how to build the ultimate popsicle to satisfy any craving from breakfast, to fruity, to chocolatey and creamy?
Start with the essentials: a popsicle mold, popsicle sticks, and a good old blender. From there… Pick a base, choose your add-ins, and get creative! I want to share with you a favorite fruity popsicle of mine as of late. I can’t get enough of cherries right now. I mean fresh, in-season cherries? Can’t beat ’em. They’ll be in the fridge ALL SUMMER LONG.
Not only is this popsicle bursting with flavor, it’s also packed with good-for-you ingredients! The fresh cherries loaded with anti-oxidants and fiber, but add in the coconut water, fresh lemon juice, chia seeds, and raw honey? Healthy, delicious, H-E-A-V-E-N.
