It’s a popsicle party here on Healthy Food Friday! Keeping up with July’s theme of vacations I’m thinking of weekends away with family and flavors for everyone. Seriously, everyone!

So how to build the ultimate popsicle to satisfy any craving from breakfast, to fruity, to chocolatey and creamy?
Start with the essentials: a popsicle mold, popsicle sticks, and a good old blender. From there… Pick a base, choose your add-ins, and get creative! I want to share with you a favorite fruity popsicle of mine as of late. I can’t get enough of cherries right now. I mean fresh, in-season cherries? Can’t beat ’em. They’ll be in the fridge ALL SUMMER LONG.
Not only is this popsicle bursting with flavor, it’s also packed with good-for-you ingredients! The fresh cherries loaded with anti-oxidants and fiber, but add in the coconut water, fresh lemon juice, chia seeds, and raw honey? Healthy, delicious, H-E-A-V-E-N.
