3-Ingredient Dijon Salmon (In 10 Minutes!)

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 ounce) Salmon Filets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for greasing baking sheet
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard of choice (I like using German Mustard for added flavor)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat broiler.
  2. Set salmon on lightly oiled baking sheet, skin side down and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and brush on top of salmon filets.
  4. Set underneath broiler for ten minutes or until fully cooked through.
  5. Remove and serve with: garlicky green beans, roasted veggies, smashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, or other vegetables of choice!
