1. Branch Basics

Branch Basics is an all-natural, human safe, all-purpose cleaning solution that works. I was skeptical about switching my cleaning products but new I wanted to make the move to a healthier, non-toxic product. BB actually works. I am in love with it! I love that you can add additional oils for smell, or have it be frangrance-free. Most of all, I love cleaning our home with products that are totally safe!

2. Fat Face Skin Care

Fat Face Skin Care is my new favorite. Let me explain why. About 4-5 months I go I started making my own deodorant because I was tired of using ones that were packed with chemicals that seeping into my skin. While I liked it the one I made, I never really felt like it did the job. That embarrassment got old quick, if ya get what I’m saying. I decided to try out Fat Face and am literally in love. It works and is made with healthy ingredients that benefit your body. ALSO… for you guys out there. FF is the first natural deodorant that Mike swears by! He actually likes it better than the other he had bought to try, and really feels like it lasts the day. Props, Fat Face!

3. Vital Proteins Collagen Protein

I have a story. About a year, year and a half ago we started putting about 1 tablespoon of collagen protein in our morning coffees (it’s taste-less, don’t worry). Why? Well, there are tons of benefits! Like gut-health, helps joint pain, promotes healthy hair/nails/skin, aids in improving digestion, and more. So, around the same time I turned my mom onto it also. For the first few months she saw no difference. Then, about 6 months later, her hair and nails started growing like crazy! Strong and healthy. But that’s not all. You guys, she just found out she reversed her osteoporosis! Granted she doesn’t know if the collagen is 100% the magic behind this, but it’s the only thing she’s switched up in her routine. We sing it’s praises around here. Worth trying, right? I’d say so!

5THINGS-COLLAGEN

P.S. There are two types: Gelatin and Collagen Peptides.

Gelatin is cooked collagen that’s been dried and processed into a powder. It will gel when it’s mixed with water. It’s great for making pudding, jello, and gummies. It has the green lid.

Collagen Peptides are processed so the amino acids are broken down, making it easier to digest. It’s absorbed faster by the body. Collagen Peptides do not gel and are easily mixed into hot or cold beverages and liquids. It has the blue lid. This is the one we use in our coffees!

4. Kiss My Face

Body soap! We’ve recently inspected our Dove body wash ingredients and it went right out the window (or glass shower door). Our skin is our biggest organ, so we have become more aware of what we are putting on it over here. At first we weren’t sure how we’d like a bar of soap, sometimes I’ve felt they make your skin feel tight afterwards. But we LOVE this Kiss My Face soap. A few good ingredients that clean our body, and it smells great!5THINGS-KISSMYFACE

5. Squatty Potty

Brace yourselves, I’m about to talk about pooping. Sorry, I said it. It’s part of life, friends, and it’s important! As you know, I had tons of digestive issues prior to changing my diet. The bathroom is a part of that. So, we’ve had a Squatty Potty for years now. We’ve turned all our friends onto it. It’s that simple. I’m telling you, a Squatty Potty makes all the difference.

Their website explains it just right (which is probably why they do what they do): “The modern day toilet is convenient, but has one major fault; it requires us to sit. While sitting to do our business may be considered “civilized”, studies show the natural squat position improves our ability to eliminate. Don’t just sit there, free your colon from the grips of the puborectalis. This muscle creates a natural kink making elimination strained while we are sitting. Squatty Potty® relaxes things and makes elimination easier and healthier.”

I love living a healthy lifestyle. I have been struggling with some of the following issues above (mainly digestions and going #2).
I too have been trying to make the transformation to the natural products and have been scared to try new stuff. This would be a great way to make that transformation.
I think I would highly benefit from this giveaway.

BTW, I love Vital Proteins. I’ve had success story with it and so has my mom. So glad to hear you guys do too. AMAZING STUFF!
