Classic Burger Seasoning

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp minced dried onion
  • 1 tsp fine Himalyan sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp coarse Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar and stir or shake to mix it up completely.
  2. Close with a tight fitting lid and store for up to one year (see note).
  3. When ready to use: Mix 1-2 tablespoons per pound of ground meat.

Notes

Spices are best kept for one year, so if you are starting with older spices it may lose its potency sooner.
