Happy Monday, my friends! This weekend was nice and relaxing, with some fun LCK events added to the mix. On Friday, the two winners from my Chestnut Hill Square giveaway (Ali and Dana) and I took a spin class at SoulCycle, had lunch at SweetGreen, picked out earrings at Francesca’s, got a gluten-free cupcake from Sweet, and for out last stop, went over to Athleta where we got some brand new yoga mats! What an awesome day with two awesome local Boston ladies!
THEN, on Saturday I took a fitness class at The Street in Chestnut Hill followed by me serving up some goodies at Lululemon! I brought with me my Watermelon Basil Salad, Cookie Bars, and Sea Salt Almond Butter Cups and hung out in the store meeting awesome readers and local shoppers! It was a great day. Mike and I went out to dinner at our local favorite spot, Tempo later that night, and then had a productive rainy Sunday (and Jax had a little puppy play date)!
Now… For the real reason you are here: ICE CREAM. I mean, it’s so very clearly ice cream season am I right? My official two new favorite flavor combinations… fudge + coffee. No explanation needed!

- 1 cup almond, cashew, or nut milk of choice
- 1/4 cup cold coffee
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 2 tbsp instant espresso
- 2 cups Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp almond milk (or nut milk of choice)
