  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 small banana
  • Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 tbsp collagen protein

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth
