Beyond the Kitchen

Loving Lately’s have a new name: Beyond the Kitchen! I changed it up because these post encompass so much more than what just what I’m loving. I talk about life lately, what’s going on with me personally, what you’ll find on the blog, what you may have missed, and so on!

Life Lately:

This month has been busy with weddings, travel, blog work, and getting ready for my book to release! When we were in New York, I got to show my nanny my cookbook for the first time. She was brought to tears over some special touches done just for her. It was such a special moment.

Here’s nanny checking out her Potted Chicken Recipe. You all will love this one!

We went back to our college town, Amherst MA, for a wedding and visited my friend Brian’s new restaurant called Bread and Butter. It was amazing!

Last weekend I was in Miami celebrating one of my closest friends bachelorette party! We had so much fun and I am so looking forward to their wedding in December. We stayed at the 1 Hotel, ate dinner at Baoli, and had brunch at Beachcraft (attached to the hotel). The hotel was amazing. So ecofriendly with awesome amenities. They even had rxBars and Vermints in the hotel room- two of my favorites!

I got home and started back up with some work out classes this week and I’m feeling really good about them! I got lazy with working out the past few months but I am back! Maybe I’ll share more about this soon.

Next week I’m off to NYC for some cookbook press. I am so excited for all we have planned and all that’s to come! Make sure to follow along on Instagram and Snapchat. You guys, in less than two weeks my first book will be in your kitchens! I cannot even wait for you to cook through it with me!
