What a great recipe to start off the new year! Love the combination of apple and fennel here. I know this is my kind of salad when I see garlic flavors massaged into kale!

Salmon is my favorite protein, and I’m always looking for new ways to prepare it. I love apple and fennel together, so this sounds like a real winner! Thank you.
Thank YOU!
I love the simplicity of your recipes Lexie! The salmon and kale alone is one that I know I will make very soon!
This whole dish looks amazing! Gorgeous pics!
I have set smaller goals for myself so that they are more attainable and will help over time with my larger goals. This particular dish looks great and I can’t wait to give it a try (plus it looks pretty simple to make)! Happy New Year!
I can not stand Salmon but my family loves it. I was wondering if anyone has substituted the Salmon for tilapia? I don’t eat alot of fish but I love Tilapia.

The crispness and clean, bright flavors of fennel and apple go so well together, especially in autumn as a change-up to the heavier dishes that become more familiar. I’ve yet to pair them with salmon and poms — lovely! Thanks, and cheers.
I love anything with roasted garlic. Sometimes eat it for breakfast on toast. It’s super mild that way and extremely healthy!
