Healthy Thanksgiving Round-Up

Whether you are hosting your Thanksgiving meal this year or you are a guest bringing something sweet, healthy recipes are always appreciated.  I have put together an assortment of my favorite and popular Fall recipes in this Healthy Thanksgiving Round-up that are of course gluten-free, dairy-free, and paleo-friendly for your Thanksgiving meal this year.

My plans? We go to Mike’s parents for Thanksgiving and my mom is coming into town (yay!). I am in charge of a few dishes and am bringing my Cranberry Apple Crisp, Apple Cider Sangria, and my Brussels Sprout Slaw with Cranberries and Crumbled Candied Pecans. I’ll probably make some chocolate covered fruit as well; I always like to bring an extra treat that I don’t feel at all guilty about! I am going into Thanksgiving (and through the holiday season) with the mindset that I’ll treat myself a little here and there, but I am not going to over do it. Tip: don’t go starving to your dinner party!
