Looking for a way to use leftovers this Thanksgiving?! This Ultimate Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwich is made with my go-to paleo-friendly sandwich bread and is seriously one of my favorite things to make over Thanksgiving! Turkey, cranberry sauce, roasted veggies… need I say more?!
Rise and shine, and happy Healthy Food Friday from American Express and me! We hope you had a great Thanksgiving with tons of family and friends by your side- and of course, tons of great food!
We do Thanksgiving at Mike’s parent’s house, and my mom comes in too which is always extra special. At the end of the night it’s always, “who’s taking leftovers?!” *Arm shoots up* Obviously, I am! Now there are tons you can do. You can turn the brussels sprout side dish into a breakfast hash, or you can make the most epic ultimate sandwich… ever.
