Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter additional for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chocolate optional but recommended!

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Garnish with additional almond butter, and enjoy.

Notes

Substitutions:
  • Cocoa powder for protein powder
  • Omit sweetener (honey)
