- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter additional for garnish
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- pinch cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chopped chocolate optional but recommended!
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Garnish with additional almond butter, and enjoy.
Substitutions:
- Cocoa powder for protein powder
- Omit sweetener (honey)
