- 1 pound brussels sprouts cleaned and sliced length-wise
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules/powder
Optional Garnishes:
- Flakey sea salt
- A sprinkle of fresh parmesan
- Air Fryer Bacon
- Or a drizzle of maple syrup!
In a bowl, toss together brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic granules/powder.
Transfer the brussels to the air fryer.
Cook at 375ºF for 8-12 minutes (longer if larger brussels), shaking the basket/tossing halfway through or until crisp-tender and golden brown to your liking.
- Store: Air fried brussels are definitely best right away, but leftovers will last in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Reheat: To reheat, warm at 350ºF in the oven or back in the air fryer.
