  • Combine water and sodium ascorbate in the spray bottle.
    1 cup filtered water, 1 teaspoon sodium ascorbate
  • Shake to combine, and use the spray before and after chlorine exposure.
  • Swim spray only stays fresh for 3-5 days. So, you’ll want to make a batch weekly. Luckily, it only takes about a minute to do, and you'll have that big container of Vitamin C powder. So, it’s no biggie!

Use: Spritz the swim spray all over your body and hair before and after chlorine exposure. Just be careful to avoid spraying it directly on the face and in the eyes, especially when using it on children!
