How to Make Sticky Rice: A quicker, easier way to make classic sticky rice using your Instant Pot! This rice is chewy, salty, perfectly sticky, so versatile, and ready in under 30 minutes.
Servings: 4 servings
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups sushi rice rinsed until the water runs clear
- 3 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Rinse your rice with cold water until the water runs clear.
Place the rinsed rice into the insert of your Instant Pot, then add in water, salt, and vinegar. Mix. Close the lid of your instant pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook on Manual pressure for 9 minutes.
Once the rice is cooked, quick release the pressure, stir, then serve as desired.
