Watermelon Margaritas
These Watermelon Margaritas are the perfect summer drink! They’re made with freshly made watermelon juice, lime juice, tequila, cointreau, and an optional jalapeño for some extra heat.

- Roughly 6 ounces fresh watermelon juice from about 2 cups chopped watermelon, blended and strained
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice 1 large lime
- Ice as needed
- Optional: 2 thinly sliced jalapeño rounds for a kick!
Make the watermelon juice: Add fresh, seedless watermelon cubes to a blender and process until smooth. Strain out the pulp and store in a jar or container!
Combine: To a shaker, add watermelon juice, tequila, lime, cointreau, ice, and the optional jalapeño slices.
Shake: Shake vigorously to combine.
Salt the rim (optional): Take a lime or lemon wedge and rub it along the rim, and then dip it into the salt.
Pour into glasses with extra ice, and serve immediately.
