- 1 soft boiled egg halved
- 2 pieces gluten-free bread toasted
- 6 tablespoons plain hummus
- 2 teaspoon Everything but the Bagel Spice
- Pinch paprika
- Drizzle of olive oil
Spread 3 tablespoons hummus on each piece of bread.
Add halved egg to each piece and top with 1 teaspoon 'Everything Bagel' spice each.
Sprinkle a touch of paprika and drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
