Ginger Dressing

This Ginger Dressing is loaded with vibrant flavors like fresh ginger, coconut aminos, dijon mustard, honey, and garlic. It's simple, quick, and perfect for seafood, salads, noodles, you name it!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp peeled and grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed to a paste
  • pinch fine sea salt
  • pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until blended.
  • If you'd like your dressing smoother, transfer it to a small jar blender and blend on high speed for 5 seconds.
  • Store the dressing in a closed contrainer in the refridgeratorfor up to 4 days.
