Island Blast Green Smoothie [VIDEO]

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1/3 cup or small bunch of fresh parsley
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4-1/2 inch chunk ginger
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 tsp ground flax seed

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

If you do not have a high-speed blender, coarsely chop the parsley, cut the cucumber into chunks, and grate the ginger before adding them to the blender!
