2017 is here, 2017 is here! Wow, 2016 simply flew by. If you’re like me, and you have committed to kickstarting your year off right, join me on eating right through my 2016 Weekly Dinner Plans. We’ll keep ourselves accountable together on social media! 

Here you have it! One month of meals to start your year off on the right track and build good routines. My meal plans last year were such a hit, that I took your feedback and refined them for 2017.

Wow, you guys! We are heading into week 4 of the Weekly Dinner Meal Plans!! Four weeks of dinner plans to help you keep those resolutions going. Don’t you worry, if you want to just start, here is week  1, week 2, week 3, and now… week 4!  I am so glad so many of you have been loving these and loving how you are feeling!

Happy Saturday!

This week has been a whirlwind of bookwork, blog projects, photoshoots, and more. I am excited about all that’s to come but am starting to feel the stress of all that I have to do to meet my deadlines. Stress management is a seriously important piece in your healthy lifestyle, so don’t forget about it! Stress is just the worst. My plan: make some ‘me’ time at night, time without social media, time for exercising, and am going to get back into meditating. That is my plan so far to manage the stress! I’d love to hear the ways in which you manage stress in the comments below!

Lexi’s Weekly Dinner Plan Week 2 (2016)

January is officially here! After the holidays it’s time for us all to kick it into gear, set some new goals and resolutions, and kick start 2016 off right. Are you with me? Each week this month I’ll be sharing New Years Resolution Healthy Dinner Plans, sharing weekly dinner meals and grocery lists that you can use as a meal plan to guide you through the month.

New Years Resolution

Those ^ are some of the things on my 2016 game plan!

We’ve spent the last two weeks with family and friends, celebrating holidays and ringing in the new year. Aka we ate out and drank a lot more than usual, so I am ready to kick it into serious gear.

Ah, 2016. It’s going to be a BIG year.

For starters, we are getting MARRIED this summer!

I am working on my cookbook which will be out later this year (!!!!), working on tons of new blog projects, and working on making more time for my health and well-being. Healthy living is so much more than just how you eat, so don’t forget to get good sleep, listen to your body, and make time for things that you love.

Tuesday: Maple Glazed Salmon with Veggies

Wednesday: Harvest Salad with Maple Balsamic Dressing

Thursday: Chili

Friday: Leftovers

Saturday: Dinner Out

Sunday: Breakfast for dinner: try my Tomato, Potato, and Leek Gratin with Eggs or my Shakshuka!
