Let’s do this! My secret smoothie weapon? Chia seeds. They add that little extra creamy texture, plus are loaded with health benefits. They are packed with antioxidants, high in omega-3 fatty acids, and are loaded with Vitamin C, Iron, and Potassium.

Cherry Lemonade Smoothie

Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 cup almond milk or full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp raw honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 handful of ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth
