Reheat Pizza in Air Fryer: the fastest, easiest way to reheat leftover pizza! Just 3-5 minutes and your leftover pizza is ready to go!
First of All… Can You Reheat Pizza in an Air Fryer?
Absolutely! And it may just be the best way to reheat pizza. Warming leftover pizza up in the air fryer is so incredibly quick and easy and creates the perfect texture.
No waiting for the oven, no soggy microwave pizza. Air fryer reheat pizza is the way to go!
What You’ll Need
- Air Fryer: any air fryer will work, but here is the one I love. The bigger the air fryer, the more pizza you can warm at one time.
- Leftover Pizza: frozen pizza (may take longer), homemade pizza, restaurant pizza, thin crust pizza, thick crust pizza, you name it!
How to Reheat Pizza in Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 350ºF.
- Heat the pizza: Warm the pizza until heated through and re-crisped to your liking!
What Temperature Do You Reheat Pizza in Air Fryer?
While all air fryers are different, I find 350ºF to be the perfect temperature to reheat pizza in air fryer.
It’s hot enough that the pizza crisps back up, but not so hot that the crust burns before the pizza is heated through.
How Long to Reheat Pizza in Air Fryer
Generally, 3 minutes is my magic number, but that all depends on the size and thickness of your pizza slices. Thicker pizza will take longer to warm up, while thin crust pizza will be done pretty darn quick.
Any slice is usually done in anywhere from 3-5 minutes.
If you’re unsure how long your pizza will take, I recommend starting with 3 minutes, then adding time as needed.
Tips and Notes
- Preheat the air fryer. Not all air fryers have this option, but if yours does, do it! We want the air fryer nice and hot first so the pizza can start reheating right away. If it’s preheating with the pizza in it, then the bottom may burn before the top is heated.
- Don’t stack. The pizza should be in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If it’s stacked, you may end up with cold spots or soggy pizza.
- If the pizza starts to brown before it’s cooked through, the air fryer is likely too hot. Just remove the pizza, lower the temp, and try again.
