French Kiss Cocktail

Tomorrow night is New Year’s Eve and whether you lay low or spend the night out on the town, a light cocktail is always a nice way to start off the evening. I like this cocktail because you can make it sweet (or less sweet), simply by adjusting the champagne or wine you use!

Directions as per one glass, do the same for as many glasses as desired
  1. 1. Place 5 berries in the bottom of your champagne glass
  2. 2. Add 2 mint leaves
  3. 3. Using a spoon, muddle raspberries until slightly mashed, but somewhat whole

  5. 5. Add a dash of vodka
  6. 6. Add a dash of lemon juice
  7. 7 {Optional} Add a 1/2 tsp raw honey/1 tsp chambord
Notes
  1. For a sweeter cocktail, try using moscato wine. If you prefer a champagne cocktail, adding a hint of raw honey or chambord is a nice sweet touch.
