Island Blast Green Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 rib celery
- 1/3 cup or small bunch of fresh parsley
- 1 small banana
- 1/4-1/2 inch chunk ginger
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
- Optional: 1 tsp ground flax seed
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.
If you do not have a high-speed blender, coarsely chop the parsley, cut the cucumber into chunks, and grate the ginger before adding them to the blender!
