Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Honey Mustard


Sweet Potato Fries
Write a review
  1. 2 large organic sweet potatoes
  2. 2-3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt, more to taste
Honey Mustard
  1. 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  2. 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  3. 1 tsp raw organic honey
  1. Cut sweet potatoes into fries
  2. In a large bowl, soak sweet potatoes in cold water for 45 minutes
  3. Preheat oven to 375
  4. Remove sweet potatoes from water and pat dry
  5. Line baking sheet with foil
  6. Coat sweet potatoes with oil, cinnamon, and sea salt
  7. Let bake for 45 minutes, flipping in the middle
  8. Broil on high for 5 minutes
  9. Serve hot
Honey Mustard
  1. Mix all ingredients in a dish and serve with fries
