How to Make Honey Lime Salad Dressing

The name of the game for this dressing is EASY! Just mix up all of the ingredients in a bowl and add to your cut up fruit.

Here are the ingredients:

  • Honey
  • Lime
  • Chia seeds

What other fruit can be added?

Most fruit would work well in this salad! You can change it out for whatever is in season or what is available for you. However, leave out banana as it gets brown very quickly and can turn mushy.

Made this while in Hawaii with some tropical fruits plus the staples. The lime honey dressing is totally delicious and really pulls the fruit salad together.

  2. Refreshing and bursting with antioxidants! Love the chia seeds for some super food power. I think this could also be good added to coconut yogurt. Super easy to make and what a great way to get some fruit in for the day, just open your fridge and scoop into a dish and enjoy! @_julieannskitchen
