Our entire website is gluten-free, but you wouldn’t know it by our recipes! We hear from so many of you that they’ve made our recipes and nobody knew they were gluten-free!
If you read my story, you’re now familiar with why I choose to eat gluten-free. At this point I have healed my gut to a point where gluten isn’t as big of a sensitivity for me, but overall I feel better when I avoid it, so I largely eat gluten-free on a day to day basis. And we’ve made it easy for you to do so as well!
My approach to gluten-free is different than most. I don’t use any gluten-free flour blends for any of my recipes. I utilize some of the most common gluten-free flours such as almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour and oat flours to create delicious versions of some of my favorite recipes. I work to create healthier recipes that prescribe to a number of different food intolerances along with gluten-free recipes. But hands-down, the most important element of any recipe is that it is so delicious, so everyone, whether food intolerances or not, can enjoy them!
