  1. My favorite use of pumpkin would have to be these vegan no-bake cheesecake bites on Nuts.com’s blog. I keep saying I love pumpkin, but I’ve yet to have it in many things… Working on remedying that, though!

  2. Very good ideas on using pumpking. But first of all, how to make puree?? Ehats the better procedure to make puree? Should be baked or steamed? Any ingredients to add?
