Somehow, we’re already rounding the corner to the end, but we are doing our best to soak up and enjoy all that abundant produce at our local markets and create delicious, seasonally appropriate recipes for you. It’s time to enjoy these last few precious weeks of summer! Schools are starting back up, daylight hours are decreasing, and some of the produce is in abundance at your local farmers’ market. August is the absolute best month to keep celebrating the fresh foods we’re still getting at our local markets, and we’re sharing all the best ways to cook them and enjoy them with our loved ones!

To help you do that, we’re sharing a list of the recipes we are super excited to make and eat in August!

Seasonal Market Finds

August produce tends to be the cream of the crop! If you have a garden, this is when nearly all of the summer produce is abundant and prolific.

  • Melons (cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydue, etc)
  • Stone fruit (peaches, nectarines, plums, cherries, etc)
