  • Hi Lexi, loving your ideas and recipes. I am trying to change our Eating Habits in our house due to me being overweight, and my husband having high cholesterol. Do you recommend that your recipes given are great for that, are they low in Trans/Sat Fats?

    • Of course! We eat tons of healthy fats — avocados, coconut oil, coconut milk, olive oil, etc. but you’ll never find processed or refined anything in my recipes! All made with real ingredients! Good luck!
